Meet the Team

David Schneider

Founder & Head Trainer

I’m the owner and founder of this business, which I proudly started in 2020. My journey into dog training began with a challenge that would ultimately change my life. I had an aggressive pitbull that no one was willing to work with. Instead of giving up on her, I became determined to understand her. That experience pushed me to dive deep into canine behaviour, learning everything I could about communication, structure, and the relationship between dogs and their handlers. That dog sparked a passion that turned into my career.

I grew up around many different types of dogs, each with their own personalities, drives, and behavioural challenges. Those early experiences helped shape the way I see dogs today — as individuals that need clear communication, leadership, and a strong relationship with their handler.

My training philosophy is relationship-based. I believe the strongest results come from building trust, respect, and understanding between dog and owner. Training isn’t just about obedience; it’s about creating a partnership.

Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to learn from some of the best trainers in the world. I am also a certified PSA decoy, and I have a deep passion for protection sports and working dogs. Being on the decoy side of the sport has given me a unique understanding of drive, pressure, and how dogs think and respond in high-intensity situations.

My work with dogs has been recognized by some of the most respected people in the industry, who have acknowledged the natural ability and connection I have with dogs. That recognition means a lot to me, but what matters most is helping dogs and their owners succeed together.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to help people truly understand their dogs and build the kind of relationship that brings out the best in both of them.

Kirsten Hack

Trainer

For as long as I can remember, dogs have been the center of my world. I grew up surrounded by German Shepherds, and that early connection sparked a lifelong passion that shaped both my career and who I am today.

I’ve spent almost a decade working professionally with dogs and the last six years dedicated specifically to dog training. My journey has taken me deep into the world of dog behavior, communication, and sport—and I’ve loved every step of it.

Four years ago, I discovered dog sports and threw myself into learning everything I could about IGP, even before I had a dog of my own. That experience set the foundation for where my heart is now: PSA. After finally getting my sport dog, I fell completely in love with the intensity, precision, and challenge of the sport. My goal is to take my puppy all the way to the highest title PSA offers.

I’m an obedience junkie through and through—I thrive on the fine‑tuning, the precision, the power, and the partnership that comes from meticulous training. Over the years, I’ve attended numerous seminars and had the privilege of learning from some of the best trainers in the world, continually refining my skills and pushing myself to grow.

Working with dogs isn’t just my profession; it’s the thing that fuels me. Helping dogs and their handlers build clear communication, confidence, and connection is what I look forward to every single day.
